Sterling is a great trainer. He challenges my body to do things I didn’t know it could. My results: I hit my goal prior to my timeline. Sterling keeps me on track with eating well and encourages me to do better. I look forward to being sore after our workouts.

This place is awesome!! They have all of the latest equipment, really good classes and they are super friendly. I love the location—it’s super convenient to my job and very easy to get to. And, the trainers, especially the owner, are great. The right mix of knowledgeable and tough. So happy I made The Wise Decision. I’m gonna be ready way before bikini season!

I'm really not a "gym person" and I wasnt in the best shape to start out. So I was a little hesitant at first. But when I found out they offered private sessions, and the price was reasonable, I was all in. I'm starting to see the improvement in myself and i like it. Totally recommend it.
