        I ordered a book from their website in September 2020. After about 5 weeks, I hadn't received any update, despite being immediately charged for the purchase. They promptly responded and said the book would be sent out. Since that response from them on October 9th, I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone at the store despite multiple attempts. It's been three months, and my order hasn't been fulfilled, and they have gone radio silent. DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.
