Let me begin by saying that I try to be as understanding with people as humanly possible, and give them the benefit of the doubt. Dealing with this funeral home was, hands down, one of the WORST experiences not only myself but my FAMILY had to deal with. My brother and I were under the impression that financial arrangements for the funeral services of my deceased mother were in order, only to have one of the receptionists VERY RUDELY AND UNPROFESSIONALLY come out in the middle of her ceremony demanding that he speak to my brother because we still owe money. In the middle of a funeral? We just lost our mother and that can’t wait?! Even if it couldn’t wait, pull him aside like a MAN and handle business like a professional. NOT IN FRONT OF OVER 20 PEOPLE. Absolutely unacceptable and inappropriate to do during a time of grieving for my brother and I as well as my family. I hope you see this and my message to you, is be a decent human being for Christ’s sake. It hurts me personally because I didn’t have a relationship with my mother, and this was my last time ever seeing her EVER only to have it ruined by money hungry people. Common courtesy isn’t so common these days. May the deceased Diana Tyson Rest In Peace.

Worse experience I have ever had. I was referred to this funeral home from a friend who used them years ago because we didn't have much money. The prices are cheap but you get what you pay for! They were disorganized, unprofessional, and I will never return or recommend anyone to this funeral home! I kept getting the run around about death certificates, I am still waiting on them and its been over a month!! My mom looked horrible there was makeup all over her dress and they refused to change her outfit! I was told that there was nothing that could be done because the woman who does the makeup was out of the office AND if I wanted her outfit changed it was an additional $500!!! IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BE SURE TO DO YOUR RESEARCH AND SHOP AROUND! BEWARE!

They had my husband looking very nice he didn't have alot of makeup on he looked just how he normally looks and the service was beautiful .

If I could give zero stars I would... These people are rude and unprofessional... One of my friends lost his keys in the funeral home and asked the lady to run the tape back and she said nope... The guy demanded his money during my uncles funeral and we thought it was paid for in full mind you there was a 50 dollar balance left which we had no problem taking care of but to walk in during his funeral and yell it out was very disrespectful... Will not use this ghetto place again....
