My appointment was 10:20 and at 11:03 I’m still waiting! Two other people were here for their appointments (10:45) and have left to return to their jobs. No one received a call or email letting us know there was a delay or cancellation. A gentleman working in the building “wished us luck” when he was asked about the office!

Made an appointment online several days prior to arrival and arrived 10 minutes early. There was a line of at least 20 people waiting to enter the office -- the first of which had been waiting over an hour because the employees simply did not show up for work. Sign with hours on the door had the actual hours crossed off and sharpie written over it that stated "he shows up when he wants". Well, apparently, that's not at all on my (and 20 other people's) appointment day.

I wish I could give a zero star or negative star review. We had an appointment for a 10:20am for a TSA precheck. We parked in the lot next to the building and got to the 5th floor at 10:10am. There was 5 other people standing in the hallway and the door was locked. One of the other people was able to get ahold of him around 10:40am and he said he wouldn't be there until 11:30am. He was also rude to this person. We couldn't wait so we left. Ended up paying $7 for parking. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Go to another location to get your precheck.
