        Used Teladoc to consult on a problem with my upper back. He acted like I was wasting his time even though the whole "visit" lasted about 8 minutes, tops. He was able to see/hear me, but I couldn't see/hear him. I had all my settings on, on a brand new device, so I'm not sure why that happened. Either way, he was clearly annoyed by this and proceeded not to listen to me at all, talk over me, and had an overall poor bedside manner. When I reviewed my visit notes, I see that he mislabeled the diagnosis as "lower back pain". What a disappointment.
