        Had a issue with Wayne Co FOC. I was getting the runaround and wasting a lot of time. Living out of the area I didn't want to have to take time off work, travel for a issue that could be resolved quickly with the right person. I wasted hours on the phone getting no where and that's when I hired Mary Beth. Faxed all my paperwork to her with details and she took care of it quickly! I wish I would have called her first. Highly recommended, wish I would have known about her years ago for other FOC matters.
