        I called and informed them of a street lamp outage in front of my house, but after a couple of weeks, it still wasn't fixed. I sent a follow-up communication through their website and within 1 business day, the lamp was fixed, even in the midst of the shutdown! Kudos to the PLA for quick action and helping to make our area a bit safer!

        The few times the lighting has been down, the PLA has been good about getting us lit again. The first time was fixed in just a few days. A couple years later for a more complex issue, it took longer, but received a phone call, thoroughly and patiently explaining the reason for delay. Appreciate the in-depth response!
