Was lied to by mutiple individuals about when I would receive my money for a promotion and after 3 months of waiting they told me they wouldnt fork it over, and I was never given the terms and conditions document about the promotion till it had already ended and the representative who informed me I wouldnt receive it was INCREDIBLY rude about it. Reported to the Federal Trade Commission and small claims court.

As a Member for more than 27 years, Wings has been a consistent winner with neighborly great service and a welcome financial resource. Once a credit union member, you'll never want to use a regular bank.Only downside, at least here in Michigan is the lack of in-person lobby locations. That' is mitigated by WFCU having reciprocal free deposit and withdrawal services with dozens of area credit unions.

Wings Financial Credit Union makes it almost impossible to make a payment on their credit card. I've never had this much trouble making a payment on any credit card in my life. I regret getting one of their cards.
