One of my phone's broke the screen I had another phone so I called the MetroPCS 800 number is Switched from my broken phone to my old phone. However I needed to switch the SIM card they charged me $20 to change the number I asked could that be paid when my bill was due. The sales representative told me yes no problem. But they cut my phone off that day for $20. I went into the office pay the $20 to get my phone turned back on. But it was not working because of the SIM card. The young man told me it would be another $20 for him to take the SIM card out I said I'll do it myself but I did not have the instrument needed it's a little bitty pin to open the phone to get the SIM card out I went into the office and told the young man at this particular store that I needed it, he passed it to me I said have a good day. I have arthritis bad in my hands and it was very difficult for me to put the SIM card inside I dropped it several times!!! he did not care!!!!Metro pcs I wrote this review to say " that are y'all have some of the worst customer service Representatives at all the MetroPCS stores it's ridiculous I went to three different stores and no one would help me I've been with MetroPCS since the beginning I mean 17 years but I'm thinking about switching over to somebody else with better customer service
