Tim Hortons

Received more familial love at this Tim Hortons in 5 minutes then at my house in 5 years. Good food.

The service was excellent. When I drove into the parking lot, I was not impressed with the huge pothole in the drive thru. The server took my order. When I arrived at the window he told me that they did not have iced caps, so he offered milkshakes instead. I asked for the flavors to added to my shakes & he did just that. He also gave me extra donuts. My server was Darren. He was very attentive to my needs & made my experience note worthy. He's not a manager, but he did go the extra mile for a customer. He is a valued employee.

Slow. That, and they never have half of the items on the menu. No wraps. No dark roast. No lettuce. No asiago bagels. We're out of this, we're out of that... Whoever buys their supplies needs to get better at their job.

They gave me some else's bagel breakfast and didnt make my coffee right . They repeated my correct order back to me too. The woman at the window was not in uniform, was wearing a tank top.
