I called here and made an appointment on 09/03/21 for 09/05/21 and made it clear i would be bringing my own hair which they said was fine. i get there and am told the can't do my hair because the hair i brought(which I've been using for years) is too soft for Senegalese twists which is a lie. The salon was packed so it was clear they just wanted an excuse to turn me away but still ridiculously unprofessional. Thank God I was able to find another salon to do my hair the same day using the same hair they said was too soft. Please go somewhere else for your braiding needs. I suggest Diamond African Hair Braiding off 7mile and shiawasse, they fit me in same day, are super professional and did an excellent job!

This is the worst place to get your hair done, very unprofessional. Braids are not neat, you ask for one thing they give you another. Their prices change and its not worth it. It's all about the money taking in as many customers as they can and not the quality of service provided. NEVER GOING BACK! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Pros my hair looks great. Cons it took me waiting like 5 hours to get my hair done in 2 hours. They charge you by the length of the braids.
