Extremely horrible misleading customer service from the manager/receptionist. If a person tells you they can only afford a certain amount why do services that cost more than that then ridicule the customers finances as if you are not in the business of helping people with car problems. I was asked how much I could afford for services and agreed to a set price only to be blindsided with nearly double that amount through email after I left the store. Then I signed for services and was told my paper with signature was lost so I signed another paper. My signature looks forged as if it was copied from the first paper that I signed that got “lost” that makes it look like I agreed to that higher amount when I was clear I DID NOT AGREE TO IT.

Terrible! Had an engine replaced and installed and haven't been able to drive it yet. The dealer is saying the engine needs to be broke down to see what's wrong inside of the engine! Now they're trying to convince me it's something else. The dealer says the engine isn't any good.
