Slum Lords. 3 years. Nothing gets fixed. Constant power outages. Pest problems. Gated parking is an illusion. Theyve changed management leaders every year. The laundry rooms a joke. My apartment kitchen flooded and for 3 days there was nobody to talk to at all. Paid for a plumber no reimbursement. Whole kitchen soaked and carpet in living room. And Im told I cant be moved to another apartment because their all updated. Make that make sense. So Im supposed to stay in the sh!t house? Thats great management!!

This is literally the worst place to live. Do not waste your time. The only thing this place had going for them is the location being in new center. The building is dirty dirty dirty. The tile in the lobby is two different colors because someone was stabbed in the lobby and they had to replace some tile. Why not make it all one color, like how tacky. The whole building needs a renovation. The door on the parking lot has been broken forever and people just park in there. Oh how could I forget the DOOR to get in is always broke all you have to do is pull it and itll open. Not safe at all. Lets not even talk about management. There is no way to get in contact with anyone when you have issues. Nothing. They have a maintenance guy who they obviously just found somewhere hes awful and lives in the building. There is also a drug dealer who lives in the building I mean this place is a mess I could literally go on and on but Im sure you get the point.

The crime is crazy here. Ive been living here 6 months and I cant wait until my lease is up this place isnt safe at all the armor gates are an illusion!!!! My car has been broken into twice and today someone was stabbed to death in the lobby and the blood is just all over the place it looks like a massacre has happened and its been about 5 hours and no one has cleaned up the blood! This place is horrible ! You get what you pay for

Okay to start off nothing gets fixed on time the gate has been stuck open for 3 months yet I paid for secure parking and cars are being broken into and stolen. The door bell was out for 2 months so there was a lot of yelling going on and the doors stay propped open not secure at all. Mice are everywhere and now bedbugs are on the rise I let no one from in here in. Out of 3 washers and 4 dryers 1 washer and 2 dryers work. The building is so thin you can hear other peoples conversations, t.v., walking, talking and other intimate things VERY clearly. Everyone is complaining about the appliances and the building needs a deep cleaning. And I don't want to start on the crime in here and around here smh. Very noisy to many young people and I'm not old this is a drug/party building you will never get any sleep I have to rent rooms at times to get caught up on sleep...worse place I have ever lived. And they say no dogs on the apt search site, lie there are dogs that just bark all the time and the cats urinate in the stairwells I'm done. And the kids just run and skate and play in the halls this is truly an animal house situation. Paid to park since the gate been open everyone parks in there no room for the people that paid and did I mention the guy that lives under the stairwell (the flasher) not fair if I gotta pay so does he.
