Stella Jets did a phenomenal job with arranging a flight for my family. I was searching for a somewhat last minute small jet for my family and dog, and I put the query out to several of the brokers. No one except Bradley Penn at Stella Jets could make it happen. He responded promptly - I had sent the request at something like 1 AM, and when I awakened the next morning, and I mean by 6, he had responded. He answered all of my questions, he confirmed, and then re-confirmed with the pilot to ease my mind, he got me the exact times of departure and return, my preferred private airport locations, photos of the plane, offers of catering and ground transportation - nothing was overlooked. The pilots were professional and arrived early and flew two of the smoothest rides I've ever had in a small aircraft. The price was competitive with other brokers, including NetJets (for the size of the aircraft), and I could pay with a credit card and get points. I highly recommend Brad and Stella Jets and I will use them again.
