I came in with a prescription for a elbow strap as my doctor instructed, to a medical store with whom I was recommended to go to. Just to be told that this medical supply store does not sell those things and to go to a sports store not a medical supply store. Very disappointed as the ladies were not kind or helpful in regards to this and was rude. Would not recommend going to as I saw on a sign on the store that they also do not carry CPAP supplies and other items that most other medical supply stores carry and take care of for their customers..

Dr. Dave is not there any longer but Dr. Karen took his place but no effect to their professionalism and kindness. Our insurance approved to make another new brace and Karen made it right and my friend is happy and walking pain free. thank you Karen 🤗❤️

This the worst place I ever been I came twice, one time the lady who responsible for the insurance was not there, second time she has appointments need to wait for hour and was no one there. Don’t waste your time and find other place.

I went here a few weeks ago for the second time. The first was to get fitted and the second to get my shoes. The people there are so nice and friendly and they kept calling me to let me know the status of order. I so appreciate their kindness and consideration. I would definitely recommend this place for your medical needs.

The staff at this Dearborn location are very polite and nice. I use to go to the Ferndale location but they were very Rude and that's unacceptable to me so when I went to the foot Dr. and he gave me a script for Diabetic shoes and Orthopedic inserts an referred me to Wright Flippis. I just knew I couldn't stand another visit with the Ferndale location. So I made an appointment with the Dearborn location off Michigan Ave to see if I would get better service, and boy oh boy did I get better service. The staff and specialist were very nice. Everyone there actually shocked me with how pleasant they all were. I'm now happy I tried this location. I definitely recommend this office and location and I'll be going back to purchase more shoes and inserts in the future. Awesome job!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👋🏾👋🏾🏅🏅🏆🏆
