On 9/4/23 I did not receive service from Massage Green of Frisco Tx. My credit card was charged without consent, and without having any services received. There is no excuse for this error to have taken place.

Unfortunately the location in Pembroke Pines is not kept. The front lobby carpet is old and has stains, the furniture is shabby and it doesnt even smell like a spa. I have been a member for a few years but doesnt get better. Therapist do their best job and I have no complaints about their services.

Not good at all! Once I got in the room with the masseuse, she told me how she's getting surgery on her arms. Therefore, she wouldn't be able to go as deep with my massage. I told her she shouldn't be working and if there was someone else who could do it. No one else was available

If I could give zero stars I would. The entire company is horrible. I emailed corporate office regarding the Toledo Ohio location. They never bothered to respond or anything and they dont answer phone calls or return voicemail. Its been almost two months now. I thinks thats more than enough time to return a call of serious nature. I will be contacting the Ohio Health department and BBB bureau regarding my complaint. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company. The Toledo location stole money out my account and the male manager lied about the whole situation after not returning my calls for two weeks.
