Buyer beware!! Exchange of defective products policy is absolutely terrible. Purchased a English Gardens brand Xmas tree lights on sale. They did not work upon return home and lighting test. I tried to exchange the defective lights for new ones in the store and their policy is not to exchange defective products for a working product, but to return and have the customer repurchase. They then make you pay the difference for the item if it is no longer on sale. This a horrible customer policy and in the process nickel and dimes customers for the result of their poor product quality.

I was treated very poorly today at English Gardens and I will no longer shop at any of their facilities. I wear a full face shield, which is an approved face coving during this Covid pandemic. I choose this method because trying to breathe through a mask upsets my issue with anxiety. I was told by the girl at the door that I would have to wear as mask with my shield, I have never had to do that before. Furthermore she was very snotty about it and said she would call her manager on me. So I took my business elsewhere and will never set foot at English Gardens again. I will be sure to share this with others and will support our great farmers in Michigan instead. I am very upset that I was treated so poorly.
