This company took pictures for Upwards Basketball in Flushing. They were very organized but didn’t have a clue how to work with people. The man taking pictures for us (older man, gray hair with fancy glasses) was incredibly short tempered, rude and talked in a condescending way towards the kids. One of the other workers noticed it and tried to explain the certain situation in a positive light (trying to have him relax)and he was just rude to him too. Another younger man (photographer helper at another station was also short tempered when one of my players “crossed the line” (imagery line that the photographer wanted them to stand behind). This definitely was NOT a pleasant experience...If people only worked on more kindness in the world!!

Paid for Football & Cheer photos never recieved them. Paid with Debit for one an Cash with the other. Never received any of them. Only got a paper saying if I want to buy them only I can. I have proof of payment an have tried many times to contact them an no answers. Problem still isn't resolved. We were not the only parents on the team with this issue one parent even got the wrong child. They spoke to the children an parents very rude as well. When I messeged them on there page they never responded. When the school contacted them they ignored them as well. This was our first year going through them and hopefully our last. Ruined a great memory with lost pictures very disappointed.

I hear that they are closed. I just went to their web site and it is blank. Says account suspended. About time! The worst

DO NOT USE J L Photo Co for any photography needs!!! Delta Township Parks and Rec used J L Photo Co for their Spring soccer pictures. Paid for pictures at the time of photos were taken, not only did I not receive the pictures, I called multiple times to try and get the issue resolved. Finally, I got a hold of someone and they sent the pictures out. Today, we receive the pictures. But they were not of the correct child nor his team. So now we have pictures for another child and team. When I called to complain, I was laughed at by the individual answering the phone. JL Photo ruined the memory of Itty Bitty soccer. Something that should have been remembered by a photo.
