I would give them less than one star if I could. I took my hisun Massimo to be repaired for a no spark situation. Told two weeks....that would have been ok. 4 months later still no work done. Yes 4 MONTHS. Called many times and it's always the same...oh we haven't gotten to it yet. They have no idea when they can look at it. I hate to speak poorly about any place, but avoid them unless absolutely necessary. Also somebody smokes in the office, so if you don't like the smell of smoke don't go there.

2 weeks without a work order for warrenty work had too show up and ask just too be lied too many time they will look at it this afternoon. Called the warrenty claims explained the story they will no longer be honoring warrenty mechanical claims from american landmaster anymore . It should never take more than a week too diagnose the problem while under warrenty and a claim be submitted and another week for parts delivery too being fixed. This came from the manufacturer with extreme disappointment and apologies from them and an extended warrenty due too this issue now ..

I took my hisun utv in for a repair of the crank case position sensor on April 24th 2020. I knew about the 2 week wait so I'll give them that. I picked it up May 22 because they had it running and I needed it for memorial day weekend. It started 8 times and quit starting. I took it back first thing the following Tuesday as it was also waiting for an oil change that was scheduled for that day anyway. Told them I had the same starting problem again and their quick fix didn't work . it sat 2 more weeks outside and they didn't know when they were going to get to it. At that point I said enough is enough. I asked for my money back and was told it started when it left here, so no refund. Bottom line never take your power equipment to deislers unless you don't need it for 8, 10 or 12 weeks or even longer. Bottom line they take forever and don't stand behind their work.
