A horrible family just stealing people's money

Awful place, it started off great, then the storms hit, one pick up since. Trying to tell me I owe a bill that I never got. Never picked up unless I call and have to complain, then they are trying to tell me that I owe, and they never picked up my trash. Terrible customer service and I have them many chances, go elsewhere DO NOT GET THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE AWFUL.

Extremely poor business practices. They cannot maintain profitability so they cut routes and not advise paying customers. They also overcharge and double bill you, make sure you keep your receipts!

They are very unreliable. We used them as our garbage disposal company beginning in August of 2018. In February they suddenly stopped showing up, they didn't return emails or calls. We finally got a hold of them the first week in March and they said that they were discontinuing service in our area and that they would be mailing a letter. They also said they would come pick our trash up one finally time and collect their trash can. It's been a week and a half since then they haven't came to collect the garbage and can like they said nor have we received a letter explaining the discontinuation of services. Our bill was always current, this was a horrible experience.

If I could I would give no stars in a month and a half they picked up our garbage twice. Even though they made sure the bill was paid then they called the next day and said they were discontinuing our service. Complete RIP off artists. Go to Penninsula with cory Hanson you will at least get what you pay for and for less then these con artist.
