The Mariner North Restaraunt

You can't have a trip to Copper Harbor without stopping at The Mariner North! The food is excellent and the service is always helpful. Try the pizza or one of their delicious sandwiches!

Went in, was ignored even though server saw me and looked right at me as she took an order from the folks next to me so after looking at the menu I left. I forgot my bag an hour so later and called to ask them to set it aside. Elderly woman on phone (hostess) couldn't hear me because of a bad connection and hung up so I called back. She put me on hold. I waited a minute and tried again and I was put on hold for 3 minutes. When she picked up she still couldnt hear me I guess? I called again.The elderly woman said I'm recording you, quit calling here. I said please! I left my bag would you please set it aside for me. She snapped at me and said if you left it I'm sure it's still there and hung up! When I got there my bag was still at the bar and when I left I said this was the rudest experience I ever had since I've been here and she laughed? Idk..I guess it's been tough to get help. I feel like this may not be worth your time.
