Concord Station

My daughter attends Spring Arbor University and had a no start issue with her car. The car was about 30 miles from the school. Not knowing anyone in the area, I searched the web and I found Concord Station. I called and expressed my concerns to Chris on the phone. He didn't have a tow truck, but said he would arrange towing my daughters car for me and would call me with an estimate. Two hours after the shop closed, Chris called me. He had stayed late to diagnose the problem. He explained that it needed a fuel pump and would call me in the morning with the price. To my surprise, Chris called the next day to state that a wire to the pump had broken and he was able to fix it without replacing the pump! My bill was a few hundred dollars less and he easily could have installed the pump without telling me about the wire. Real integrity! I will be telling others who attend the university about this place, so their children will be looked after! Thank you Chris!
