John has an amazing finish carpentry crew. They came into our home and installed our brand new kitchen cabinets, sink, and custom counter tops like true professionals. The crown molding is spectacular and Every detail is perfect. John was very accommodating and very attentive when an issue came up with scheduling. He squeezed us in and even worked Saturdays because of our time-line. I am so very happy with the quality of work and the attention to detail. BRAVO John and thank you for all that you did for us!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My family had water problems on the whole front side of our house back around 2016. We hired JD to fix it. Not only did they not fix it, but they did an overall absolutely terrible job. Left our basement a mess, putting in the wrong thickness drywall so we can even use our outlets/putting the cover plates back on, not replacing rotted wood (just recovering it up/hiding it), not flashing correctly (so water was literally running down from the top of the house all the way into the basement). They also built our deck and tied it into the rotting wood that they didn’t replace. We just got all new doors on that side of the house, and ALL of the 2x4’s/other boards around the doors were completely rotted, but JD builders just covered it up and didn’t replace anything. They didn’t flash around the windows correctly, or even seal it right, so water would just pour right into the walls. They damaged inside walls and didn’t fix it, ripping off shelves on walls that weren’t even part of the work and leaving the drywall unfixed. We still have water problems today, which are worse now than before they were hired. He subbed everything out to what it seems to be the lowest quality/cheapest workers. Absolute joke, and we are literally still paying for it, because nothing was fixed. So much for Amish quality. Wonderful company! Hands down the best decision we made was choosing JD Builders for our custom home. John made the process stress free and had great ideas. Working with John was truly enjoyable from start to finish. We love our new home.
