I booked an appointment and the guy walked in 2 steps. Said he cant clean my carpet cuz it needed deep cleaned and said go to someone else. He barley looked at it. My living room is a high traffic area with a couple of food stains because of my kids. So I guess if you have a high traffic area dont try these guys cuz they will turn you away. he didnt even look at my other bedrooms. I was under the impression that all carpet cleaning companies were capable of dealing with high traffic areas but I guess not. I am very disappointed

Our second time with Premier and we couldn’t be happier. Our carpet looks brand new each time. Michael is very helpful and professional.

I called earlier in the week. Spoke with a super nice guy named Mike. We scheduled our carpets to be cleaned at 10am. No one showed, so I figured I'd call at 11am to see when I could expect them. It's now 1pm and still no show or call back. I'm beyond annoyed as I arranged my day around this. If I ran my business this way, I'd be out of business. Not ok.
