I ordered a cake for my daughter's 18th birthday party. I get there to pick it up today and there is a sign stating that they are temporary closed. I didn't receive any phone call to let me know. I will never again eat at or order from this restaurant. In fact I will be filing a complaint with corporate office. Thanks for leaving me high and dry D.Q. Coldwater.

I used to love going to the DQ.. but lately its a big joke.. they may take ur order at the drive-thru fast but then u sit at the window for 10 mins or more b4 they notice ur there..I remember when Kub Kolassa owned the DQ, the employees were polite and u never had to ask for a lid ..for something that already should have had a lid to start with..
