        I reserved a 16' truck online a few months ago. When I arrived to pick it up, the business owner didn't have a clue what was going on, and the only truck available was a 26' truck which he offered for free. I really only needed a 12' truck so I declined and asked if he could have a truck from another location delivered later that day. I was told that wasn't possible, and I ended up driving another hour out of my way (and I still ended up with a bigger truck and worse gas mileage than I needed). Long story short, I'm not 100% if it was this locations fault or a problem with budget overall that caused this miscommunication and for an even more stressful move.
