Sylvia Hendrick is the complete package you are looking for in a real estate agent. She is one in a million when it comes to working in your best interest as a home buyer, in my experience, she is very professional and efficient and has integrity, All to often agents are more focused on their commission than finding a good quality home that is going to be a good solid investment for your hard earned money, again in my opinion based on my past experiences. She has assisted me in trying to obtain a home for my elderly Veteran Uncle and was unwavering in making sure it was a home that was conducive to his difficult health issues. I can't say enough positive things about Sylvia. I highly recommend her and again the choice is yours, but if you want someone who has your best interest at heart and is honest she is the best choice you can possibly make in choosing a real estate agent.

Sylvia is someone I was unsure of at first, but soon was thankful we had her in our corner. Sylvia was available 24/7 for all of our questions (first time buyers, VA loan). She went to battle for us several times throughout our process and kept us informed of our options. She always had our BEST INTEREST in mind. We went through veterans United (take it from me, don’t make the same mistake! Use a local lender!) When this company started doing things that were not correct, Sylvia went to battle for us. We had so much peace of mind knowing she was our realtor. You won’t be disappointed! She is very personable, and will even tell you she will probably over communicate but make no mistake, you will always be in the loop with Sylvia! Thank you for everything, Sylvia!
