    Best experience I've had at a tattoo shop. Rob took the blob of ink I got from another shop and turned it into a real piece of art. I highly recommend this shop for cover ups. I had been asking shops for 3 years if they could cover or fix my tattoo and they all told me there was no way. Rob nailed it when nobody else would even try.

    My friend and I showed up for our first appt and was told by the owner that our artist, Summer, had an emergency, so he offered to take us. Being understanding, my friend & I had no problem with this or with waiting. Summer showed up about 30 mins AFTER our appt time and took us. We had to wait an hour for her to prep her room and draw up the tattoos. When all said & done, we were there for about 4-5 hours. Way longer than a regular appointment should have taken, but again, we understand emergencies happen so we let it slide. We were impressed with her work so we scheduled our next appointment while still there. The day of our 2nd appt, Summer didn't text us until 15 mins BEFORE our appt saying her hand is swollen and she can't see us. We were extremely frustrated because she should have notified us at least an hour or two before our appt, NOT 15 mins before. We let this slide though too and rescheduled our appt. We showed up for our 3rd appt and again we're told by the owner that he'll have to take us. He said he thought Summer was sick but he hadn't heard from her all day if she was coming in. About 15 mins AFTER our appt time, Summer texts my friend saying she's on her way. Being the nice and understanding individuals that we are, we waited. We waited for either the owner to finish with his current appt so he could take us OR for Summer to arrive. After waiting for 30 mins we decided to leave and go elsewhere. While we appreciated the owner offering to take us on our 1st AND 3rd appointment (since his employee is unprofessional, unreliable and inconsiderate), we were sick of waiting. This is clearly how he runs his business or at least allows his employees to do so. My friend also wrote a review, giving 1 star, and the owner texted her privately to insult and call her ridiculous for being honest. The owner should be handling the issue which is NOT the negative review, it's the fact that his employee takes advantage of him and is driving clients away. His employees should be showing up for their OWN appointments or at least communicating with him that they're not coming in. His employees should also be properly notifying their clients in a TIMELY manner if they'll be late or need to reschedule. Both of our appointments, which were within a few weeks of each other, consisted of the owner having to clean up his employee's mess and offer to take her appts. This makes the company look unorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

    Terrible experience. I have 25+ tattoos and the one I got here is one of the two worst ones I've gotten. Line work is shaky and ink is way too light. Shading is basically nonexistent. Very unhappy. I got a jelly fish as a reminder of an amazing trip I had and now I hate the tattoo. Never coming here again especially on a Friday the 13th deal day
