Avoid Xcentic at all costs. Part price changed as soon as molds had been paid for, orders were ALWAYS late, and account management team is as incompetent as it gets, constantly blaming other people in the organization for the delays. Quality across batches was never consistent and despite constant feedback, corrections weren't made. There are a lot of injection molding companies around - don't make the same mistake I did by using this one.

Amazing Customer Service! Helping Customers Change the World! Dedicated.new.hire! Come visit. Employee request prepay company logo attire, never received Xcentric logo attire. Inquire about the status. Reply was only order & deduct cost from payroll. Okay... (Still waiting to "re-order policy" to order company attire.) ****terminated**** "'services no longer needed!'" one year.employment. Q. who is my Supervisor!? none. Amen.on to some other volunteer work enviroment!
