Papa John's Pizza

I ordered two medium pizzas and a bread on 12/13. I get the weather was bad, but we were promised our order would be hot. Our order was placed at 5:15pm we got them at 6:45 ice cold, Kimberly the manager said she would resend the order. The second attempt was failed also, no bread the pizzas were smashed in the pizza box and the special order pizza was completely incorrect. I than asked for a refund and was told Kimberly could not refund my money but could re-do the pizza order for the third time at 7:15 pm. I than said this is not acceptable, I need to speak to the owner. The owner Jack called me and said I quote "hey" I said hey? I said you aren't going to refund my money after a third attempt and complete my order. Quote " hold up we are refunding your money it's on the way" I said with my pizza order? Quote "no just your money" I said so I ordered pizza at 5:15 and now I have to feed my family at 8pm cause you couldn't make a pizza order correct? Quote the owner once again" I don't know what did Kimberly say" The worse customer service experience I have ever had, if your manager cannot explain why an owner is calling a paying customer to their mistake, probably time to reevaluate who is running your store as you sit home an collect.
