My experience was horrendous! One of the worst experiences of my life. My home was violated and my rights were intruded upon. Looking back on the situation in dealing with this company, I should have called the police and reported this case. Instead, I was tricked into their game and procedures and ended up with 200 dollars to cover the cost of a 850-900 dollar mattress their employee ruined. Crystal/Krystal and her submissive company owner Josh were useless. My multiple phone conversations and one in person meeting were filled with nonprofessional instances. On top of the fact, I do not believe I ever encountered Josh in a sound state - always smelled of weed or it was in his office/ work building. The relationship they have with Kirby and their vacuums, must run deeper than anything I have experienced in a professional work space. This company is corrupt and run like a circus - when elephants were allowed. Stay far away and do not let them or anyone selling Kirby products into your home. They will do their best to bully you into an uncomfortable situation. If I was not in the state I am today with my life - I would have taken this to court and fought it until they had to shut their doors. Stay Away!
