        My dad was a patient in the Pioneer facility inside of McClaren Hospital. The nursing staff and care team were patient, communicated well, and seemed compassionate. They took good care of my dad for the weeks he was there. I was only able to visit in person one time due to restrictions, but was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, patient to nurse ratio, and level of service provided during my brief observation. The case manager Zia was also very helpful throoughout the care and transfer process.
