I can not say enough about Rick!! My parents had a leak from the upstairs condo into their bathroom. I called Rick and he was there the same day. It wasn't a huge job but something that needed to be repaired. My father is also home with hospice. Rick and crew immediately got to work and finished with excellency within a week. The job is absolutely perfect but more important Rick became quickly someone we could trust. I will most definitely recommend him to Everyone!!!!

Rick and his crew are amazing! The valve on our dishwasher leaked and ruined our kitchen floor. Our insurance agent provided no guidance in how to handle this situation. Rick came in and educated me on how the process worked and he took care of working with the insurance adjuster. His help and guidance not only saved me money, but also saved the insurance company some money. His crew is thorough, fast and clean. We were worried about the mess, but they cleaned everything up before leaving. Rick worked around our crazy schedule and simply made this event easy to deal with. I would recommend Rick and his team to anyone in need of their services. Thank you Rick, it was truly a pleasure to do business with you.

We had to file a claim in November due to a slow water leak from our water heater. Because of this leak, mold formed in our flooring and in the wall. Our claim adjuster was slow to respond with everything (even took a week off for vacation), but we were prepared because we read that claims with adjusters were a lengthy process, so we were patient. All the while, Rick from Servpro was prompt to reach out to us. From that point on, Rick was always in communication with us. Answered any questions I had via text, arrived to every appointment punctually, honored last minute service calls, was attentive with every subcontractor, took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process, showed me tips on how to accomplish certain projects, even drove through a blizzard to shovel my drive way without even being told to. This is extremely stellar service. Our claim process would not have gone as well as it did, if it werent from Rick Nakkula. I highly recommend you ask for him by name, you won't be disappointed!
