        Good experience here friendly and helpful staff, found what I was looking for in five minutes. Only giving four stars cuz they never set up my account verification so I can't get assistance when i call support. I will have to revisit the store just to do that....

Although Michelle was not able to directly help me in store with changing my plan, She walked me through the process and laid out a couple different options for me. Extremely helpful!! By far the best customer experience I've had in a retail store for a long time.
