Saunders Tire & Auto

I was pretty happy with them until they just disappeared from their location. No signs or anything saying they had moved, nothing even on their website! Not cool. They would've gotten 5 stars from me if it wasn't for that. Very disappointing.

Weird experience. Had my sons car checked for leaks. Brian, who took my calls was nice and gave me my options. I chose to have the tire leaks repaired and I came to get car after 4 days..I was out of town. Nice for them to let me keep the car there. Went to pick up car and the tire looked low on air. Wasn't too sure but asked them to double check before I paid and left. They said they could not check and seemed surprised I wanted this done. They did not have a tool to check the air and even if they did, they would not send anyone outside because of COVID. So I'm outside, on the phone, wearing a mask because office is on lock down and no one will come out. I had to press Brian a bit and he said he would send someone out to car to pull into bay and check air pressure. a tech came out young guy, nice guy. I said if he could just check the readout on the dash for tire pressure that would be fine. I did not have keys or I would have done that myself. Young man explained pressure was good and to spec and I said thanks. That's when the Jackapple guy comes out with an attitude asking if we are going to "pull the car in or what??" It wasn't Brian or even a tech, just some bad attitude, ruin the whole experience for everyone type a guy. Just weird not do be able to discuss or ask for a simple check then had to deal with a knuckle head. Service: Tyres
