"Poor communication. No-call, no-show," was my initial review. * I reached out to this business to get my gutters cleaned out, 3 weeks ago. First call went unanswered; second call owner asked me to text address and he would quote me a price. Shortly after he sent the offer and I thought it was very reasonable so I accepted it and notified him. He then told me he "should be able to" take care of it in the next 1 to 2 weeks. 1 week went by. I texted week of Thanksgiving to ask if he would do the job before the holiday. I knew it was a long shot but just asked. No response at all. That Saturday I messaged that I never heard back and said I'd like to get a firm date because the weather is going to be a problem (and the vagueness of when he planned to do the job had me uncomfortable). He responded he is "expecting to come between Wednesday and Friday" next week. Well, Wed, Thu, Fri went by. No message from him whatsoever. Now I can't assume he is reliable so I explore other businesses and no one is available and the weather is making that less likely to happen. So, frustrated, I added the review. No lashing out or warning people to avoid the business, just short and to the point, as above. The NEXT week, he texts he is sorry about not contacting me and I let him know my concerns, that I need a firm date to expect him. Before answering he asks if I would be willing to take down my review. Despite everything, I wanted to keep the deal and said that when he takes care of my gutters, I will be happy to change my review. Then he got ornery. Despite the polite "response from owner" to my initial review, he texted me that my offer to change the review when he does the job... he is "not comfortable with that." He berated me for not texting him (ignoring that he has not communicated himself) and for "attacking my company." He says we didn't have an exact date so my review was unfair. Then he admits to stalking my reviews and says he sees how I treat people and he'll just take the review and not do the job. I thought my review was fair, then he became more unprofessional and personally insulting while saving his courteous response for the Google review. I wouldn't even say that I don't wish this guy well. I just hope my review will influence him to treat his future customers a little better. An honest account is why you read reviews.

I’ve had Brennan come out twice now and he does an amazing job. The second time I wasn’t even home and he recorded a before and after video for me to see to verify his work. I never have to doubt his ability to get the job done right the first time. Definitely recommend his work! Very affordable, very professional, and very hard worker! I will continue to use them in the future.
