Christina was helpful and efficient, and pleasant; but the records did not give her the correct start date for the nebulizer. It told her use began in October 21. My husband got it in April of 2020. So he is entitled to a different more durable tubing that is longer. Sorry she didn't find the correct date.'

I too am having an issue with customer service, or rather a lack of customer service. You're assured of contact when they seek payment for their services. You will be left wanting when you request customer support. I've requested that my Doctor transfer my prescription to another provider. You can save yourself some grief and aggravation by selecting another provider from the beginning. Update... How nice of you to reply to a Google review, but not to the emails I've sent to your established means of communication. You will find the info you seek in my previous email.

Thank you so very much for helping me with my glucose meter failure. I test 3 times a day and need a working accurate meter to determine how much insulin to use.

I've been a customer of this company since 2016. I'd like to say it has been a smooth and satisfying relationship. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. From day one, I experienced poor customer service and getting things done was like trying to walk through ankle deep mud. My very first visit was to pick up a new CPAP machine. Although I had an appointment, the respiratory therapist wasn't in that day so I could not take delivery of my new machine. Front desk employee didn't seem too upset about it. I had to make a second appointment. Every subsequent in-person transaction seemed to be hampered by some complicated process or because some key person wasn't available. I can't remember how many times I was told to come back later ( I live 20+ miles away) or that someone would call. More often than not, I never got a call back. Ordering supplies online was just slightly better but still far from smooth or organized. Most recently, I'd been trying to order a new CPAP machine which was never in stock. I had already provided a copy of my script to Hart. There was no way to pre-order it and get on the waiting list. I was told the only thing I could do was check the web site every day and place an order when it was in stock again. After another unanswered email and a second request, I finally received an answer telling me to send yet another copy of my script to another email address and then call another phone number if I wanted to place an order. I was already in their system and couldn't understand why the process had to be so complicated and why Hart needed yet another copy of my same script which they already had. I've finally decided to move on to a competitor supply company in search of a more satisfactory experience.
