They have 2 officers to help get benefits they need to get rid of one. One person tells me I have to do more appointments and the other one tells me I dont then the appointments come up I call telling them I wont be there this is stupid but yet Carl and Rebecca either need to be on same page or the clinic needs just one person and they never callback.

The lab service is below standard. I was told to sit in the waiting area and would call me back momentarily. Times passes and nothing happens. No one came to the door or gave a status update. Even though I can hear 2 adult males chit chatting even after i knocked on the door. Nothing happens again. No one came out or anything other than the receptionist saying I'll send a message to them told again to wait by the lab.Even more time went by, and nothing was happening. I was told that i could leave and come back!!! Great Customer relations!! Nothing was asked beyond that. Appeared no one wanted to get up out of their seats and actually talk with someone, but that didn't happen. With not living close to the clinic, I couldn't just leave and come. After waiting, an LPN called me back to have my labs taken. The procedure to drawn my blood was modified. Cleaning of the site was done with an alcohol wipe and to quickly waving his hands to maybe 3 seconds if that, very rushed . I wasn't able to verify if the blood matched against me. The blood tubes were initiated before taking my blood and wasn't verified if they match to me.

Got in quickly and helped eliminate previous poor notions about the VA. The staff genuinely cares about what theyre doing and will get you the best help available.
