White Pine Lodge

Excellent location! Rooms were dark even with the loud buzzing light on at the door, beds were comfortable, room was stuffy even with the ac going. We were booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 due to the fact that the room was full of spiders literally in every corner of the room. The "continental breakfast consisted of a waffle make which was cool bit not too much else. The host and staff were nice but we won't return. Hopefully they will put a little effort into updating the place.

Staff friendly, comfortable room. Conveniently located Right next to a little casino. Room was quiet. Wife snd I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time in the area! Zero complaints!!

Id give 0 if I could. Been to all 50 states and 5 countries and never had such a poor customer service experience in my life. The woman working check in spouting politics. Racially profiling guests and refused me a refund after the hotel failed to check in 3 hours later than stated time. If there's staffing problems state it on website, if you can't keep staffing shut it down because rude unprofessional people like whoever her name was aren't good optics for a professional organization.
