At a time of urgency chad and his team were the first to respond to our overwhelming situation in our basement. ExactRecon promptly responded to my finished basement flooding this summer of ‘21. Its owner, Chad, was there right away with his workers armed with pumps, squeegees and drying fans. My mother is an extremely hard person to please. She is 80 years old and can get frustrated easily. Chad and his team were not only able to do a FANTASTIC job Sanitizing, replacing all the removed drywall and painting, but was also able to satisfy my mom which is not an easy thing to do. Every time she called Chad to discuss the process, Chad himself answered the call and with a very calming nature about him, was able to answer all her questions each time she called with amazing patience.
