It would be five stars but the structure and padding is getting pretty worn. There is nearly no foam left on the rotating balance beam near the 3 slides and in the toddler area there is a sharp and hard circular plate underneath the floor. Otherwise everything is great, it just needs a little TLC on maintenance. They could raise the price a few bucks and I'd still pay it.

One of the best places I've taken my daughter. She plays from open to close, everything is clean and the environment is extremely friendly. Staff and food and pretty great themselves. We enjoyed the Treehouse very much!!

The environment at Treehouse is very welcoming and there is more than enough seating, with comfortable couches and small tables for even the tiniest of toddlers. The walls were lined with cubbies for all of your items, and the bathrooms were decorated in the cutest way. There were also more than enough family bathrooms to accommodate the amount of small kids in the building. The staff seemed nice as we entered and we were explained how things worked and where to go for bathrooms/food/etcetera. The play areas are inclusive for all ages and sizes, from 12 months to well over 10 years old. However, my experience here was less than what I felt was appropriate. A child had gotten sick on the slide after we had just ordered food. I had looked over and there were several children being wiped clean with wet wipes who had gone down the slide after the mess had been made, and the cashier that was prepping and plating our sides and drinks was now cleaning up the mess. We left immediately before our food had arrived. While the mess was out of their control, I spent $50 on food I now felt uncomfortable eating. I called and asked if we could get a refund for our food since we left before it arrived, I tried calling immediately after we left and were still in the parking lot but the line was busy, so I had to call again when we got home. A woman had informed me that she was the one who cooked the food, she did not touch the mess, and the cashier did not deal with any of the food. I had watched him prep for the food and serve food to customers as well as prepare drinks so I hardly think that was accurate. I pointed this out and she told me he came in the back and washed his hands for two whole minutes. She also told me shes been a nurse for 6 years, and was strict with her employees sanitary protocols. I told her I still felt uncomfortable as I have an autoimmune disease, and that unfortunately there was no way I could verify those two things, so I had to make the best decision for myself and my family. The woman was not necessarily rude but I did feel as though she was not taking the situation seriously. I did not receive a refund, which was the least of my worries. A lot of this situation was out of the employees control, some of it was not. Separating employees who are sanitary workers, and those who work and touch food is a must when you are working with children. Im not sure this situation represents the company as a whole, but we will not return after this incident.
