I'm the current acting GM of the Cheboygan Fastenal. I assure you that there will never be a time when someone walks in to my store and I don't have either myself or another person tending the store. And I also assure you that there will never be something so absurd as employees sleeping at work. In the event there is, I have cards right on the front counter please do not hesitate to take one and call me, to inform me of the problem.

Multiple times I have walked into the store to not find any employees at all. When I did find one they were behind the counter, sleeping.

Came in looking for bolts for my vehicle that I wasn't sure of the size needed, and the employee there was extremely helpful in finding me the right sized bolts and fasteners. Very clean and excellent service.
