Mike Epping!!!!!!!! (Loud shout!!!) stick to baseball. Insurance isnt your game my guy. Do your research before choosing your agent. I wish we did. After reading his reviews, the exact situation multiple others have had with him, I am now having myself with Mike. Would leave zero stars for you if I could bud.

Stay far away from this guy. Unless you like being screamed at everytime he calls you. He is Literally the least helpful. Never has any real answers for anything and talks in circles when confronted with issues. If you ask for something to be removed from your policy it wont happen. He was told January 11 to remove life insurance from my policy. It was not. Today February 23 a new bill pops up and still has life. So I contacted him about it and as stated above he talks in circles. Then stated I didnt tell him a second time in February so he left it there. I said I told you in January why didnt you send the documents to sign then? And he told me to send him proof I told him in January. Which I did. No response. So I call. And some woman answers doesnt say who she is (maybe his mom?) and then address me by name and says hes busy. Its been an hour and hes still realllly busy. Funny mike all the reviews sound just like mine seems very justified.
