Very disappointed in the service I received or I should say lack of service. Would not recommend as we are out $115 and need to look elsewhere to have our system maintenance done. I voiced my concern to the office person and she still recommended we have someone come out and look at the septic tank (even though they were a few hours late). The guy was nice but wasn't able to help me due to a driveway being placed on top of our system. The office people need to be better at explaining all of the rates before an appointment is made when the customer explains their situation. I was quoted $245 plus time for the worker to locate our septic lids. Now that our appointment has come and gone, it is going to cost us a minimum of $860. I would have never scheduled the initial appointment if I knew it would cost that much money.
