Midwest Marine Supplies has been ignoring my calls, facebook messages, and emails for the past several weeks regarding a boat lift canvas I purchased from them in early May (over 60 days ago) that still hasnt arrived (was originally expecting in early June). They have been paid in full for the product but will not respond to me when I inquire on when it will arrive or what the status is. I caution other consumers about working with this company that isnt willing to communicate with their customers. I am now pursuing resolution directly with the supplier as I was unsure what recourse I had with a company that ignores all attempts at communication.

Ordered a lift from them for our ski boat. Process went well, with good communication throughout. They built it near my shore, set up the bunks for my boat, slid it out to set it, and had my boat on it within a few hours of getting there. Price was great with no hidden surprises at the end.
