Kester Plumbing

We moved from the UP, but still have a home located in Pickford. I have tried to contact them twice by telephone (left voice messages 3 weeks apart) and have even filled out their online winterization request form (a week later) and still have not heard from anyone about anything. Poor professionalism in my book. At least call and let us know you are too busy, it would take literally 2 minutes!

We are long time summer residents and have used Kester Plumbing for both opening/closing our cottage as well as repairs for many years. They may not immediately respond to a general phone call, but are very fast to respond to any urgent request and are very reliable for winter closing/opening. Highly recommend!

Very poor at getting back to customers. They are a local business but too busy opening and closing cottages for summer time residences to work for year round residing locals. Contacted Kester Plumbing in summer of 2018 (to plumb in a bathroom before October) and they could not do the job then (would not even come to give me a quote), contacted again in 2019, they have not called me back.
