    It is one thing to forget to tell a customer about something, that disappoints them, when they show up.... it is another thing to lie and say you called them several times, but not even guess the correct phone #, then talk to branch manager, to follow up on it... then Realize she also lied and never followed through with a partial refund they promised. They have my # now I just wrote a not so good review, for other members to see.
