Was lied to about the price.they are proud of their fully automated service,but that means you can't talk to a human.thats so they don't have to hear complaints.im switching back to spectrum.

I pay for the fiber 1GB service and have had it for a little over a year. Mostly, it's great. However, they do throttle your speed during high usage times. Like clockwork almost every Sunday between 7PM and 11PM, my internet gets throttled down to exactly 3mbps. I've sent in tech support tickets at least 20 times now, I have them in writing (because they confirm when you send them), but nobody has ever actually talked to me about this. I have called and spoken to people who assure me someone will call me back and talk about it. That of course has never once happened. Honestly, it's pretty good most of the time, but they do intentionally throttle your speed down when their system has too many people on it, and then they don't want to own up to that, so they just ignore you if you complain about it.
