        They are putting a note on my door for eviction for being 5 days late. Never been late. this is not ever been issue . Also tacked on 140.00 dollars for attorney fees. Im late because im struggling financially trying to do it all. JOSH was so quick to evict. They are not following their own rules. If your late 3 times a year u will be evicted, not once. Im guilty for falling behind . My balcony is rotted been here two years still not fixed. i step on it im going thru it.. There's ppl on unemployment making same as i do monthly rents 200 cheaper???. Josh resident manager needs to act little more professional . Learn right facts keep, those facts straight not tell one resident one thing and another resident something different . I dont recommend this place.
