The doctor I seen here was nice ,friendly staff is just ok. Nice selection of glasses. However, upon getting my glasses I could not see a thing they sent them back got them again could not see asked for my money back but that was a whole debacle. Thinking it was me, I sent my friend and her mom there that was a mistake they both got their glasses they couldnt see anything returned them back to the lab to fix second time could not see anything. Got their money back but not without a fight. Wont be back nor would I recommend. Something is wrong with the lab they use. Talking to a neighbor he had the same problem he kept going back and all they say was u have to get used to them well if u cant see its not safe to drive with them.

Great friendly and knowledgable staff, always willing to help with a smile on their face and the doc is top notch, professional, through and takes the time to talk with you.

Not happy with my eye glasses. Did not get good eye exam, the doctor read the script on my previous glasses then simply made them stronger. When my glasses arrived, the girl at the front counter had me place the glasses on and ask how they feel. I told her I have a crooked nose and the nose rests need to be adjusted. After two returns to get the glasses to fit properly so I can see I have given up on ever getting these st clair glasses so that I can drive and see properly. I will be contacting my insurance company and recommending that St Clair is taken off of their recommended offices.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from St Clair Eye, Patricia was absolutely phenomenal! They didn't have the frames I wanted and Patricia ordered them in and made sure they fit correctly and called me the second they were available. Patricia was a huge help and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, she answered all of my questions and demonstrated amazing customer service. Thank you so much Patricia
